Doctor of Organization Development in School Administration
The Doctor of Organization Development in School Administration program provides training in the knowledge and skills of school management to enable graduates to understand and subsequently tacke the complex tasks and responsibilities of school administrators. Today, organizations of various directions are incessantly confronted with problems and challenges which go far beyond what has been experienced. In a day to day situation it becomes necessary to look beyond ones experiences and determine strategies to become more relevant to meet the needs of our dynamic society.
Master of Arts in Organization Development
Organization Development is an applied behavioral science discipline that seeks to improve organizations through planned, systematic, long-range efforts focused on the organizations' culture and its human and social processes. The means of OD are behavioral sciences and structural interventions into the on-going organization.

The offering of the Master of Arts in Nursing program of the CDU Graduate School is in answer to the persistent clamor of nursing graduates for a master's program in nursing which can continue their education for nursing practice well-grounded in concepts and theories. This course utilized structured conceptual frameworks and teach nursing by concepts. It introduced varied learning opportunities which all aim to produce a nurse graduate honed in the conceptual skills of health education, critical-thinking, self-direction and problem solving.
The Family Health Nursing program is developed for the Registered Nurses to prepare them for community practice autonomously and interdependently with other health related professionals. Particularly, the program will focus on Wellness Nursing through health promotion and maintenance, prevention of illness, alleviation of suffering and restoration of health - integrating the knowledge and skills in nursing and its specialties, as well as the bio-physical and behavioral sciences.
Master of Arts in Teaching Medical Related Sciences
The offering of the Master of Arts in Teaching Medical Related Subjects curriculum initially served the academic needs of graduates from allied medical-orientations who have chosen to dedicate their vocation to the teaching profession. The program goal is to provide in the areas of medical and allied medical disciplines, instruction development and general classroom preparedness of instructors and professors.
