CDU OD Thai Doctoral candidate Suphap thongrat DODT Thai Batch 2006 surveys the construction of new green houses at the mountains of mae rim province of chaingmai. 750 km North of Bangkok.
These green houses will shelter organic or hygienic vegetables. The development of the of this company, improvement in its performance and improvement of its workers as a result from the planned organization development interventions (ODI) that will be implemented in the company this year, using standard measuring and field tested and valid training activities, will be the subject of Doctoral Candidate Supharb Thongrat's doctoral dissertation.
